We are looking for a professional, business-focussed, and quality-orientated Head of Operations to join a highly reputable and established private care provider. Within this role you will work strategically in a fast-paced and multi-site environment using your proven leadership skills to make an impact on the overall commercial and people performance of the business.
 
To apply it is essential that you have had senior experience within a regulated healthcare (dental, pharma, veterinary, private elderly care) and highly people-orientated business, be empathetic, a great communicator and hugely passionate about leading a Team to perform to their highest potential.
Being data driven with a strong commercial edge is essential to this role alongside being a proven people leader and acting as an ambassador to those around you to ensure that they deilver a care service to the highest levels of excellence possible.
 
Essential criteria for this role:

• Having a naturally strong level of credibility at Senior and Board Level
• Strong commercial experience gained within a regulated sector
• Multi-site experience with an ability to influence and drive your team to excel via a regionally based Area Management Team
• Proven skills in using data to drive performance
• Able to foresee any areas of concern, work strategically to design action plans and ensure that measures are in place to mitigate risk
• Skilled in developing regional business plans with defined outcomes
• Proven ability to manage change effectively, demonstrating high levels of resiliance

The successfully appointed individual will need to show great attention to detail, be able to evidence a proven senior managerial track record gained from working in a customer-driven business and be capable of learning and adapting within a constantly changing business environment focussed on people and building relationships.
