Are you an experienced New Business Professional within the healthcare sector?
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Manager from the healthcare sector to join a highly reputable pan-European healthcare product provider who are seeking to grow their sales team in the UK as a result of consistent levels of customer growth over the last few years. With a £40m+ turnover and 250 employees as well as an enviable product base this is an organisation that is going from strength to strength and with this long term career opportunities are on offer for high performing employees.
Previous experience in the healthcare sector is essential, what is also key is that you can work in a methodical manner and engage well with your target market and offer a consultative sales approach.
As well as having a strong new business hunter aspect to this role, the appointed individual will also oversee the customer service elements in the post-sales period to ensure continuity of service and high quality customer experience. Thus maintaining a smooth transition from sales to the point where you hand over to the implementation teams.
Working remotely for the main with travel to client sites where required and with full support and daily interaction from the UK Head of Sales & Marketing you will effectively manage the business development process across the UK.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a significant track record in a new business capacity, have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, be a great communicator and be passionate about delivering a high-quality service throughout the sales lifecycle. You will be values-led, have confident networking skills and be personally driven to achieve balancing the sensitivities of the care sector with a commercial mindset.
