Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager - private homecare sector

Location: Dorset & Hampshire coverage

Salary: £50,000 + benefits

This is a fabulous role ideally suited to someone who wants to be focussed on training, quality and compliance and has a strong background working in the homecare sector.

You may well have previously been a Registered Care Manager who now wants to focus on providing great quality care rather than day to day operations and business performance or a deputy with a real passion for policies, procedures, and a strong knowledge of quality assurance principles.
Within this role you will work across 3-4 locations in a stand alone capacity to ensure that the services are providing care of an outstanding quality to all clients.

On appointment you will report into the MD working with full support from a highly engaged and experienced Senior Management Team and across your peer group within this highly regarded and well established homecare company.

This role will involve:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining the business and CQC quality control processes and procedures
• Overseeing the entire quality assurance process.
• Take the lead on ensuring that all policies & procedures are being adhered to.
• Continually identify areas for innovation and regularly implement new best practice initiatives.
• Conducing regular internal audits to ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
• Review new & existing care plans, deliver training to team where required to ensure that all care plans are highly accurate and deliver highly personalised care to each customer.
• Analysing data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance.

Ideally you will have the following skills:

• Excellent administrative and system skills with the ability to analyse data and identify trends.
• Prior experience as a Registered Care Manager in a homecare business is a distinct advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and other relevant legislation within the homecare sector.
• A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction to drive the company forward.
• A warm and approachable personality who works well within a close-knit team environment and can deliver clear messages in a positive manner.
• Valid UK driving licence.
