Entrust Recruitment is partnering with a global leader in mining services to recruit experienced Charge Up Operators to support continued growth across multiple underground mining operations throughout Western Australia.

These are long-term permanent opportunities suited to operators who are passionate about safety, enjoy working in a high-performing team and are looking to build a career with an organisation that invests in its people.

The Opportunity
As a Charge Up Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting underground production and development activities through the safe operation of Mobile Charging Units and associated blasting equipment.

You will be responsible for:

• Operating Mobile Charging Units and associated equipment
• Working closely with underground mining and drill and blast teams
• Maintaining high safety and compliance standards
• Contributing to a positive team culture and customer-focused environment

What We're Looking For
To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Previous underground production and/or development charging experience (Essential);
• Electronic blasting experience;
• Heavy Rigid (HR) Manual Driver's Licence;
• Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC) or ability to obtain one;
• Dangerous Goods Driver's Licence (DGDL) or ability to obtain one;
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork;
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced underground environment
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and National Police Clearance
