Entrust Recruitment have partnered with a global organisation to assist them in growing their Maintenance team in Kalgoorlie. The Role

As an Electrical Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining manufacturing operations at the Kalgoorlie facility. This hands-on role involves a mix of preventative maintenance, repairs, and shutdown support. You’ll work closely within a small, high-performing maintenance team.

In particular this role will see you:

• Maintaining and repairing plant equipment such as augers, boilers, compressors, and electrical control systems.
• Inspecting systems and components to identify hazards or defects and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Supporting plant operations through efficient maintenance solutions.
• Contributing to cost-effective, long-term maintenance strategies.

Skills and Experiences required

• Unrestricted WA Electricians License (Mandatory).
• A strong commitment to safety practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and National police clearance.
• Candidates from various electrical backgrounds are encouraged to apply — manufacturing experience is not essential.
