Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with expertise in Operations to join our team and help streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and support the continued growth of our organisation.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead key operational projects, working closely with our leadership team to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness. You will play a critical role in supporting the expansion of our organisation through facilitating strategic initiatives, improving and implementing new systems, and ensuring best practices are upheld across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee and execute strategic projects to improve operations, including new centre openings, process enhancements, and compliance initiatives.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement solutions to streamline workflows and enhance the efficiency of our centres.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders to define scope of project and key deliverables.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Create a detailed work plan which identifies, and outlines activities needed to successfully complete the project.
• Budget & Resource Management: Track project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Risk Management: Anticipate potential challenges, troubleshoot operational issues, and provide proactive solutions.
• Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, key milestones, and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field (experience in early childhood education or multi-site operations is a plus!).
• Degree in Business Administration or Project Management or a related field.
• PMP, Six Sigma or Similar Certification essential
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to improving processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization with multiple projects running simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira etc)
• Knowledge of early childhood education regulations and compliance (desirable but not essential).
