Are you a highly organized, proactive, and safety-conscious individual with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our dynamic team! As the Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in coordinating, managing, and scheduling all maintenance tasks.

What You'll Do:
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring parts and tools are readily available for contractors and staff.
- Track the lifecycle of equipment and schedule necessary replacements or upgrades.
- Obtain quotations, secure approvals, and code invoices accordingly.
- Conduct safety audits and ensure that all employees adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations, safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure timely execution of all maintenance tasks.
- Oversee and ensure the completion of maintenance checklists and provide quality control through site visits.
- Maintain records of all reports, quotes, and approvals, and provide monthly updates to management.
- Assist in onboarding new staff and provide ongoing training support.
- Evaluate contractor performance based on timeliness, cost-effectiveness, and quality of work.
- Conduct vendor audits to ensure compliance with safety and service standards.
- Communicate and promote health and safety policies and procedures to ensure all employees understand current practice.
You will have: - A high school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in maintenance management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in Facility Management, Maintenance Planning, or WHS are a plus.
- Be able to respond to queries efficiently and professionally, demonstrating a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills.
- Be able to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and prioritize competing demands.
- Have the ability to analyse data, assess situations, and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to build meaningful and trusting relationships with vendors, contractors, and team members.
- A passion for continuous improvement and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
