Visual Arts Facilitator – Inspire Creativity & Joy!

Are you passionate about sparking creativity in young minds? Do you thrive in an environment where art, imagination, and early childhood education come together? We’re looking for a dynamic Visual Arts Facilitator to join our team!
At Explorers Early Learning, we embrace a ‘Framework of Joy’, ensuring that every child’s creative journey is inspiring, engaging, and aligned with the National Quality Standards and relevant regulations.

The role is responsible for regularly visiting a portfolio of 8 confirmed centres in our North and Western Suburbs:

• Williams Landing
• Werribee
• Mt Cottrell
• Tarneit
• Williamstown
• Greenvale
• Essendon
• Surrey Hills (Elgar Road)

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education (Essential)
• Understanding of the Early Childhood Education Sector
• Understanding of and implementing Reggio Emilia inspired theories and principals in a Visual Arts Program (Highly Desired)
• A passionate and creative educator who loves working with children.
• Ability to design and implement a vibrant, engaging, and inclusive Arts program.
• A commitment to using open-ended materials to encourage children’s creativity.
• A Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and the right to work in Australia.
• A Valid Driving License
• Willing to conduct a Police Check
