The Opportunity: As an Educational Leader at Explorers Frankston North , you’ll be part of our “off-the-floor” Centre Leadership Team, leveraging your extensive experience in curriculum programming and your proven ability to provide excellent support and mentorship to Educators in every room.
In your role, you will: - Work collaboratively with the Centre Director and Director-in-Training to implement our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum.

You will have: - Bachelor or Diploma level Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
- A passion for children, their development, and a strong commitment to child safety
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement a quality education program
- A sound understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach to early childhood education
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
