The Opportunity: As a Director-in-Training at Explorers Ashwood, you'll be mentored by our experienced Centre Director, giving you a rare, hands-on pathway to learn the essentials of running a successful childcare centre. Who You Are: 

• Diploma-level Early Childhood Education Qualification (minimum required) 
• 5+ Years’ Experience in Early Childhood Education (preferably long day care) 
• 1+ Year of Management Experience in a childcare setting 
• Passionate about the Reggio Emilia approach and inspired to bring it to life in your work 
• Knowledgeable in the EYLF and NQS standards 
• Trained in First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis care 
• Possessing a Working with Children Check and mandatory reporting certifications 
• Australian Working Rights
