What you’ll be doing
We’re looking for a passionate Leadership Development Business Partner to design and deliver impactful leadership programs that empower our teams and strengthen capability across our organisation.
Reporting to the Senior L&D Business Partner, this role is ideal for someone who loves combining strategic thinking with hands-on facilitation and coaching. You’ll create engaging learning experiences that build confidence, capability and future leaders within Explorers.
This is a 12-month full-time, fixed-term position, based at our Support Office in Melbourne.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Design, implement and embed leadership development programs aligned to our organisational strategy.
· Develop leadership frameworks and pathways that support growth, capability and succession planning.
· Facilitate inspiring, high-impact workshops and provide ongoing leadership coaching.
· Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across Operations, P&C, and Centre Teams to identify learning needs.
· Evaluate program effectiveness using data, feedback and continuous improvement practices.
· Champion a culture of growth, collaboration and excellence in leadership across Explorers.
What you’ll bring:
· Degree in HR, L&D, Organisational Development or related field (Cert IV TAE desirable).
· Experience designing and delivering leadership programs across multiple levels of an organisation.
· Strong understanding of adult learning principles and blended learning design.
· Ability to build trusted partnerships and influence senior stakeholders.
· Excellent communication, planning and facilitation skills.
· Experience using Articulate 360 and/or digital learning tools (desirable).
· Knowledge of the Early Childhood sector (advantageous).
