We are on the search for a Marketing & Brand Lead!
The opportunity:
Explorers Early Learning is seeking a strategic and creative Lifecycle Marketing & Brand Lead to oversee parent engagement and brand development across our network of early learning centres. In this role, you’ll design and optimise the end-to-end parent journey, from awareness to enrolment and retention, while ensuring our brand identity consistently reflects our values.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end parent lifecycle communications, from awareness to retention and advocacy.
- Develop and optimise automated, personalised campaigns across email, SMS, and CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Centre teams to align messaging with occupancy goals and family needs.
- Safeguard and evolve the Explorers brand identity across all marketing channels and materials.
- Lead brand campaigns, partnerships, and storytelling initiatives that reflect our values and reinforce our premium positioning.
- Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality and on-brand output.
- Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement across lifecycle and brand marketing activities.

Qualifications & Experience: - 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or brand management.
- Strong background in service-based or multi-site organisations.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and automation tools.
- Experience managing and evolving a brand identity across multiple channels.
Skills & Knowledge: - Excellent copywriting and creative judgement.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data and applying insights.
- Effective stakeholder management and team collaboration skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and family engagement.
- Strong understanding of customer journey design, segmentation, and campaign optimisation.
