Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. In this role you will play a leading role in delivering the companies goals and growth providing Crane and Installation services to their diverse Mining clients.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business targets.
• Identifying, evaluating and pursuing new business opportunities to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients
• Leading the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and business services, to optimise sales strategies.
• Providing expert consultation on leasing and asset management solutions to potential clients.
• Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations while achieving commercial objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in B2B sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a business development role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet, mining or asset management industries.
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Commercially astute with the ability to engage senior executives and key decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
