About the Role:

• Cooking and catering for the camp
• Handle food prep, stores, shopping
• Collaborate with a close team and apply creative cooking techniques
• Ensure safe food practices while providing nutritious meals to camp

You’ll need:

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cooking
• Site experience and C Class Driver's License
• Knowledge of Safe Food Practices
• Experience in higher-end food preferred
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and provide police clearance
