Engineering Trades Australia is currently seeking Fixed plant Mechanical fitters to join the Underground Maintenance crew in the Pilbara. Our client is on the lookout for someone who has good knowledge in Hydraulics and can commit to a long-term position as this will eventually lead to permanent employment for the right person. 

 Experience required:

• Proven experience as a Fixed Plant Mechanical Fitter in a mining environment - Underground experience advantageous 
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to diagnose and repair equipment 
• Strong fault-finding skills on Hydraulic circuits, including troubleshooting and repairs
• General Fixed plant maintenance on Crushers, Conveyors and Dewatering Circuits

Job Details:

• Location: Pilbara
• Roster: 8:6 ongoing DS/NS
• Rates: $70ph flat dayshift & $80ph flat 
• Start date: ASAP! 
• Temp to permanent position after 3 months for the right person 
• FIFO from Perth ONLY! 
• Meals and accommodation provided on site 
• Weekly pay - Every Friday
• One point of contact at ETA

Requirements for the role:

• Australian trade certificate 
• Current Driver License 
• Working at heights and Confined Spaces - Within 2 years 
• White card 
• HRWL
• Able to pass a full pre-employment medical and D&A
• Must be residing in Australia with full working rights to be considered
