We are currently seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Civil Operators for an opportunity working a 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster.
We’re looking for operators who are confident across multiple pieces of mobile plant and have proven experience within site-based civil construction, bulk earthworks, trenching and pipe laying environments.
If you have 3–5 mobile plant competencies, solid civil experience and are looking for your next FIFO opportunity, we want to hear from you.

The Role
Working as part of an established site team, you will be involved in a range of civil and earthworks activities, operating multiple pieces of mobile plant safely and efficiently.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Operating a range of heavy mobile plant across civil works
- Bulk earthworks and general site preparation
- Excavation and trenching activities
- Supporting pipe laying and associated civil works
- Loading, moving and placing materials
- Completing detailed earthworks and finishing activities where experienced
- Working to project plans, levels and site requirements
- Conducting daily pre-starts and equipment inspections
- Identifying and reporting plant defects or hazards
- Working safely around personnel and other mobile equipment
- Following site procedures and project safety requirements
- Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping and equipment care
Plant Experience
We are particularly interested in operators with competencies across
3–5 of the following: - Loader
- Integrated Tool Carrier (IT Loader)
- Excavator
- Grader
- Dozer
Experience with
Final Trim and GPS machine control systems is highly regarded.
What You’ll Need
To be considered for this opportunity, you will require:
- White Card or Blue Card
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Tickets/competencies across 3–5 relevant pieces of mobile plant
- Proven experience in site-based civil construction or bulk earthworks
- Proven experience in pipe laying, trenching or similar civil works
- Previous experience working in remote or FIFO environments
- Strong understanding of safe mobile plant operation
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Ability to work effectively as part of a site-based team
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Ability to successfully complete a Pre-Employment Medical
- Ability to obtain/complete a National Police Clearance (NPC) check
Highly Regarded
The following will be looked upon favourably:
- Final Trim experience
- GPS machine control experience
- Current VOCs for relevant plant tickets
- Extensive bulk earthworks experience
- Previous experience operating multiple machines within the same project
About You
You’re an experienced operator who takes pride in doing the job properly. You’re comfortable working in a remote environment, can confidently move between different pieces of plant and understand the importance of maintaining high safety and operational standards on site.
We’re particularly interested in operators who can demonstrate genuine hands-on experience across
civil earthworks, trenching and pipe laying rather than solely production mining experience.
