About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar within the construction industry, with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction projects from commencement through to completion
• Trade Qualified 
• Project experience across Government, Social housing, Defence, Recreation or Education. 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and manage site team
