FIFO Site Administrator – Mining FIFO | Western Australia | Casual, Contract & Permanent Opportunities
Are you an experienced FIFO Site Administrator looking for your next opportunity in the WA resources sector?
We’re currently seeking experienced Site Administrators to join a range of mining and resources operations across Western Australia. With opportunities available across casual, contract and permanent positions, this is a great chance to secure your next site-based role with established mining clients.
The Opportunity Working as part of a site-based team, you’ll provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to site leadership, employees and operational teams.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Coordinating site mobilisation, travel, flights and accommodation
- Managing workforce rosters and personnel movements
- Supporting onboarding and site inductions
- Maintaining accurate employee and site records
- Processing purchase orders and assisting with invoice reconciliation
- Providing document control and general site administration
- Preparing meeting documentation, taking minutes and following up actions
- Managing office supplies, PPE, uniforms and stationery
- Assisting site management and operational teams with day-to-day administration
- Supporting the smooth coordination of workforce movements across site
About You We’re looking for candidates who have previous experience working in a
FIFO mining or remote site environment and are confident working independently in a busy operational setting.
To be successful, you’ll ideally have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in FIFO Site Administration
- Previous experience working on a remote mine site
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence working autonomously and as part of a site team
- Experience using Microsoft Office and relevant mining/site systems
Experience with systems such as
SAP, Pronto, INX InFlight or other mobilisation and travel platforms will be highly regarded.
What You'll Need Candidates will be required to have:
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence — manual licence preferred
- Current or ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol screening
- Full Australian working rights
