Engineering Trades Australia is expanding, and we're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our Perth CBD team.

What You'll Be Doing As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your own desk, including:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief through to placement
• Recruiting blue-collar trades and technical professionals across WA
• Developing new business opportunities and growing existing client partnerships
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of quality candidates
• Negotiating offers and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
• Working alongside an experienced leadership team to continue growing your market

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is driven, commercially minded and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

You'll bring:

• Previous agency recruitment experience, or a strong sales background in a KPI-driven environment
• A proven ability to build relationships and develop new business
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive attitude with the motivation to grow a successful desk
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture
