Engineering Trades Australia is partnering with a well-established gold mining operation in Western Australia to recruit an experienced HV Electrician for an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a strong pathway to permanent employment.

About the role

As an HV Electrician, you'll play a key role in maintaining the reliability of site electrical infrastructure by carrying out:

• High voltage maintenance and inspections
• Fault finding and breakdown response
• Preventative and scheduled maintenance
• HV switching and isolations
• Working safely in accordance with site procedures and Australian standards

To be successful, you'll have

• Current WA Electrical Licence
• Current HV Switching Ticket
• Previous experience performing HV maintenance and fault finding within the mining industry
• Full Australian working rights
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Availability to commence as soon as possible
