We're partnering with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Maintenance Administrator to support their maintenance department.

This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity, offering long-term stability for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing as the Maintenance Administrator, you'll be the central point of coordination for administrative and maintenance support activities. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Coordinating daily maintenance schedules and assisting with pre-start planning
• Creating and managing purchase orders for parts, consumables and equipment
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure materials and parts arrive on schedule
• Raising, updating and closing work orders within the maintenance system
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Providing general administrative support to the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations

About You To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous experience in a Maintenance Administrator, Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Coordinator or similar position
• Experience within mining, resources, manufacturing, construction or another heavy industry environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• A proactive, team-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a busy environment
