Engineering Trades Australia is partnering with a leading tower crane specialist to recruit an experienced Licensed Industrial Electrician to join their Field Service & Assets team.

This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced technician who enjoys working in the field and wants to play a key role across crane commissioning, preventative maintenance, breakdowns and asset management. Working alongside an experienced workshop and service team, you'll become the technical expert supporting major tower crane operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend site breakdowns and service call-outs, providing fault finding, diagnostics, repairs and technical support.
• Perform preventative maintenance and coordinate scheduled asset servicing.
• Conduct periodic inspections and CraneSafe assessments to ensure compliance and reliability.
• Support crane commissioning, testing and final sign-off through to dismantling.
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing a high level of technical support and customer service.
• Complete detailed service documentation and close-out reports.
• Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and Workshop Manager to coordinate resources, technical support and project delivery.

About You
To be successful, you will possess:

• Current Electrical License (Industrial Electrician).
• Demonstrated experience working on Favco diesel tower cranes, including mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding, troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Previous experience working in a field service environment within the tower crane industry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience will be highly regarded.
