Site Coordinator / Site Safety Administrator – Byford
One of our clients is currently seeking a Site Coordinator / Site Safety Administrator to join their team on a construction project based in Byford.
This is a newly created role and would suit someone with previous experience in construction, civil, mining, or infrastructure environments who has strong administration skills combined with a proactive approach to safety and compliance onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor site safety compliance and PPE adherence
• Assist with hazard inspections, safety reporting, and compliance documentation
• Maintain daily site records, reporting, and document control
• Coordinate material deliveries and track onsite activities
• Support quality inspections and defect reporting
• Liaise with site managers, supervisors, contractors, and suppliers
• Assist with regulatory and shire compliance requirements
• Provide general project and site administration support
About You:
• Previous experience in site administration, safety, or project coordination roles
• Exposure to construction, civil, mining, or infrastructure projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Safety-focused with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
• Safety training and/or supervisory experience highly regarded
