We are currently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters for ongoing FIFO opportunities on a major underground mining operation.
 
This is a great opportunity to secure consistent work on a well-run site with strong earning potential.
What's on offer:

• $68 per hour flat rate
• 8/6 roster (day shifts)
• 12-hour shifts
• Ongoing work with potential for extension
• FIFO from Brisbane

Key responsibilities:

• Maintenance and breakdown support on fixed plant and mining equipment
• Fault finding and troubleshooting
• Working safely in a high-paced mining environment
• Supporting shutdowns and planned maintenance

About you:

• Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter
• Current Confined Space ticket
• Current Working at Heights ticket
• EWP (highly regarded)
• Previous FIFO experience (preferred)
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical (PEM) and Drug & Alcohol Screen (DAS)
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
