��️ Site Supervisor – Insurance Repairs | Brisbane
$45 - $60 per hour + Company car

We’re on the lookout for a skilled Site Supervisor who thrives in a hands-on role and takes pride in running efficient, safe, and well-coordinated job sites. If you’re confident leading from the front, enjoy problem-solving, and can balance people, process, and quality—this role is for you.

�� What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Overseeing daily site operations across multiple insurance repair projects
• Coordinating trades, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects on track
• Ensuring all works align with scope, building standards, and WHS requirements
• Conducting site inspections, compliance checks, and quality assurance
• Maintaining accurate project records and updates via management systems
• Liaising directly with homeowners and stakeholders
• Assisting with procurement, materials planning, and managing variations

�� What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Proven experience supervising construction sites
• Certificate IV in Building & Construction (or equivalent)
• Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
• Valid Construction Induction (White Card)
• Australian Driver’s Licence
• Solid knowledge of NCC, BCA, and WHS regulations
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital project tools
• Experience in insurance building (highly regarded, but not essential)
