Engineering Trades Australia (ETA) is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor (S26) for ongoing shutdown works across WA mine sites.
This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on leader with proven shutdown experience and current BHP inductions, looking for consistent site work at competitive rates.
About the Role
You will supervise electrical crews during planned and breakdown shutdown activities, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory and site requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate electrical shutdown crews
• Ensure compliance with site safety and statutory requirements
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings, and safety audits
• Monitor productivity and ensure works are delivered to schedule
• Liaise with client representatives and site stakeholders
Requirements
• WA Electrical Licence
• Section 26 (S26) Statutory Supervisor qualification
• Current BHP induction (essential)
• Proven mining shutdown supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
