A well-established and growing engineering consultancy is seeking a Structural Design Engineer to join their Perth team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and mining sectors within a collaborative, design-focused environment known for practical and cost-effective engineering solutions.

This position suits an experienced Structural Engineer who enjoys hands-on design work, strong technical delivery, and wants clear progression without the constraints of a large corporate structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structural design and detailed documentation across a range of projects
• Prepare calculations, models, and technical design solutions with strong focus on constructability and cost efficiency
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Contribute to technical excellence and continuous improvement within the engineering team

About You

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in structural design
• Strong technical capability in concrete and structural systems
• Experience using RAM (Concrete) and Revit (or similar design/modelling software)
• Chartered / Certified status preferred (or working towards)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation capability
• Motivated to grow technically with a long-term career pathway
