Engineering Trades Australia is currently seeking an experienced Communications Technician for the CMATS project at Brisbane Airport. This role involves the installation of AFL cable and structured cabling works on a major infrastructure site. This is an opportunity to secure 6-12 months of ongoing work.

What's on Offer

• $50 - $55 Per Hour
• Mon - Friday | 8 hour days
• 6 -12 Months Work 
• Occasional Overtime

Scope of Work

• Installation of Cat6A shielded cabling
• Rough-in, fit-off and termination
• Testing and commissioning
• Installing AFL cable systems
• Working to strict site and airport security standards

Requirements

• Current Open Communications License (mandatory)
• Proven experience with Cat6A shielded cabling
• White Card
• Experience in rough-in, fit-off and testing
• Open Cables License (advantageous)
