As we continue to grow nationally, we’re expanding our Perth team and looking for ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Blue-Collar divisions.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Based in our Perth CBD office
• Sourcing and screening quality candidates via job boards, databases, and phone interviews
• Matching candidates to live client vacancies
• Learning the full 360° recruitment process
• Building strong client relationships and promoting ETA’s workforce solutions
• Contributing to the growth of our blue-collar desks
You’ll be supported every step of the way through our structured 9-module onboarding and training program, designed to fast-track your development.
