Mobile Plant Maintenance Supervisor – FIFO 2/1 | Pilbara WA

The Role

Reporting into site leadership, you will oversee the safe and efficient execution of mobile maintenance across a large civil and mining fleet. This is a hands-on supervisory role focused on reliability, planning, and driving strong safety and performance outcomes in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day mobile plant maintenance activities across site
• Identify and rectify equipment defects to maintain fleet reliability and performance
• Plan and coordinate weekly and daily maintenance schedules using CMMS systems
• Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel to support a high-performance team
• Monitor maintenance performance, identify improvement opportunities, and optimise workflows
• Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety, statutory, and operational requirements
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and project teams to maintain efficient execution

About You

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience supervising mobile plant maintenance on mine or large civil projects
• Trade Qualified HD Mechanic
• Strong background managing large mobile fleets in mining or heavy industry
• Experienced in planning, scheduling, and CMMS-driven maintenance environments
• Proven leadership with ability to coach and mentor teams
• Strong computer literacy including Excel and maintenance systems
• WA HR Driver’s Licence and White Card
• Schedule 26
