A civil construction company specialising in land development across the Perth metro area is seeking a social, outgoing Office Assistant/Data Entry person to join their team in Forrestdale.
What’s on Offer:

• Permanent full-time contract
• Wage based on experience, with potential for growth
• Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm (flexible hours, but 5 days required)
• 25–40 hours per week, tailored to your needs

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Strong team player with excellent customer service skills
• Experience with CSSP Cheops (advantage, not essential)
• Previous admin experience (highly desirable but not essential)
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word & Excel

General Responsibilities:

• Entering and filing invoices
• Entering timesheets
• Providing purchase order numbers to suppliers
• Setting up contracts
• Sorting mail
• Assisting office staff with various administrative tasks
