Junior Parts Coordinator – Rockingham (Site-Based)

Mining Logistics | Entry-Level | Career Progression
We are seeking a motivated Junior Parts Coordinator to join our site-based logistics team in Rockingham, supporting FIFO mining operations across WA. This is not a FIFO role and is ideal for someone looking to start a career in mining logistics with full training provided and genuine opportunities to progress.

About the Role

• Assist with ordering, receiving, and dispatching parts and materials
• Support inventory control and stock management
• Coordinate parts deliveries to FIFO sites
• Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records in inventory systems
• Support urgent and breakdown parts requests
• Follow all safety and site compliance procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Strong computer skills and confidence using systems
• Mechanically minded with an interest in parts and equipment
• Willingness to be trained and learn on the job
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Warehousing or logistics experience
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain
• Exposure to mining or FIFO environments
