As we continue to grow, we’re on the hunt for an ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Blue-Collar team in our Brisbane CBD office.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working from our modern Brisbane CBD office alongside an experienced, supportive team
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates via phone, databases, and job boards
• Matching quality candidates to exciting job opportunities
• Learning end-to-end recruitment through our structured 7-module onboarding program
• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Supporting the growth and success of ETA’s Blue-Collar division

• Experience in phone-based or face-to-face sales (or strong transferable skills)
• Confidence communicating with people at all levels
