Engineering Trades Australia (ETA) are seeking an experienced SMP supervisor and Mechanical Fitters for an ASAP-start CHPP construction project at Collinsville, QLD. Multiple roles available with strong pipeline of work through late April / May.
  
Scope of Works

• SMP installation works across CHPP construction
• Conveyor systems, structural components and fixed plant
• Installation of screens and centrifuges
• Flotation module construction and fit-out
• Mechanical installation, alignment and assembly

  
What’s in it for you?

• Mechanical Fitters $61.36/hr, SMP supervisor $72.12+ standard industry penalties
• Site allowance paid per hour
• FIFO from Brisbane (via Mackay) or DIDO surrounds
• Bus provided from Mackay for DIDO
• Camp accommodation provided
• Weekly pay cycle – paid every Friday
• Paid demobilisation days (8 hours)

  
Roster & Hours

• 2 weeks on / 1 week off
• Day shift only
• Weekdays: 11-hour days (6.00am-5.00pm)
• Weekends: Paid for 11, finish at 4.30pm

  
What is needed to be considered?
SMP

• Proven SMP supervision experience
• CHPP, mining or heavy construction background

Mechanical Fitters

• Australian Trade Certificate
• Experience with conveyors, screens, centrifuges or fixed plant

All roles

• Standard 11
• Coal Board Medical
• White Card
• Working at Heights & Confined Spaces
• Australian working rights
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical & D&A
• Glencore inductions advantageous but not essential
• Immediate availability preferred
