Engineering Trades Australia is seeking highly skilled Fixed Plant Mechanical Fitters for two established WA Mining clients for long-term maintenance positions across gold operations. These are stable, rostered roles with consistent work, strong hourly rates and a genuine pathway to permanent employment for the right people.

Both FIFO and DIDO options are available, allowing flexibility to suit individual lifestyle preferences. 


OPTION 1 - DIDO | Gold Processing Plant 

• Location:            Approx 2 hours from Perth 
• Roster:               8:6/7:7 (Dayshift/Nightshift) 
• Mobilisation:       14th January (Nightshift) 
• Rates:                 $70ph dayshift & $80.50ph nightshift 
• 12-hour shifts paid 
• Meals & Accommodation provided 
• Strong chance of leading to a permanent position with the client for the right person

Experience required:

Candidates must have extensive maintenance experience on gold processing equipment, including but not limited to;

• SAG and Ball Mills
• Pumps and Screens
• Magnetic Separators and Agitators
• Cyclones & Filter presses 
• A mix of HRWL is highly regarded 

OPTION 2 - FIFO - Fixed Plant Maintenance 

• Location:             Goldfields Area
• Roster:                8:6 Dayshift Only 
• Mobilisation:        15th January 
• Rates:                  $70ph 
• 12-hour shifts paid 
• FIFO from Perth ONY - Meals and Accommodation provided at camp 
• Long-term opportunity with potential of going permanent for the right person 

Experience required:

• Proven Crusher Maintenance experience 
• Broad Fixed Plant Maintenance experience
• EWP and Forklift ticket
