Engineering Trades Australia is seeking experienced Pipefitters, Boilermakers, and Pipe Welders for ongoing site and workshop-based work on major industrial projects across Brisbane.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent hours, top rates, and long-term employment with a leading engineering team.

What’s on Offer:

• Up to $56/hr base rate plus penalties for overtime and weekends.
• 10–12 hour shifts, 6–7 days per week with plenty of overtime available.
• Immediate starts or the option to secure a future start date.
• Ongoing, stable work in a safety-driven, team-focused environment.
• Work split between on-site installation and workshop fabrication.

Scope of Work:

Site Work Includes: Demolition, strip-out, and site preparation; disassembly, isolation, and setup of plant and equipment; installation of temporary supports, access structures, and piping systems; tank and vessel refurbishment including component replacements, repairs, and inspections; alignment, coupling, and installation or removal of rotating equipment.

Workshop Work Includes: Fabrication and modification of structural components and pipe spools; pad welding, patch plates, and structural repairs; preparation and QA checks prior to site installation; stick welding (primary process) with potential for flux core work; supporting fit-up and pre-installation stages.

About You:

• Trade Certificate + Relative experience
• Experience across both workshop fabrication and site installation.
• Proficient with stick and flux-core welding.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights (tickets mandatory)
