Job Title: Coating Inspector / Supervisor | Industrial Painter Blaster Supervisor
Location: Port Botany, Sydney NSW
Pay: $80/hour flat (for 60 hours/week)

Role Overview
You will supervise our industrial painting and surface‐preparation crews: allocate and monitor tasks, ensure coating specifications and quality standards are met, maintain safe work practices and liaise with project managers/clients.
Key Requirements

• Experience in industrial painting, blasting, priming, structural steel coatings.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead role.
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
• Current driver’s licence.

Mandatory Certifications / Tickets

• Construction Industry White Card.
• Certificate III in Painting & Decorating (or equivalent).
• Working at Heights training.
• Confined Space Entry/Work as applicable.
• Elevated Work Platform (EWP) ticket preferred.
• AMPP / NACE International Coating Inspector Program Level 2 (CIP2) or above – required.
• Willingness to obtain site-specific tickets (e.g., MSIC) if required.
