We are currently seeking experienced Leading Hand Carpenters for immediate start on a range of civil and infrastructure projects across North and South of the River.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Reading and interpreting construction drawings, ITPs, and levels
• Setting out and building formwork for slabs, plinths, kerbs, pits, walls, culverts, and upstands
• Steel fixing – tying mesh/reo, placing spacers/chairs, checking lap and cover, dowels, etc.
• Managing concrete pours – booking supply, organising pumps/booms, controlling slump and additives, compacting, finishing (screed, trowel, bull float), curing and protection
• Leading by example and ensuring quality and safety standards are met

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• White Card
• Manual Driver’s License
• EWP or Forklift High-Risk License (both preferred)
• First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening

Highly Regarded:

• Traffic management awareness, Dogging/Rigging, or Telehandler ticket
• Experience operating or working around small plant (e.g. demo saws, compactors, skid steer, excavator)
• Familiarity with Water Corp or Main Roads WA standards and documentation
• Flexibility to manage occasional night or weekend pours
