We are currently seeking a Boilermaker Supervisor with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in the marine industry to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to step into a key supervisory role within a growing and dynamic operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day boiler making and welding activities on-site
• Ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and project deadlines are met
• Work hands-on with various welding processes as needed
• Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
• Train and mentor junior boilermakers and welders
• Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders as required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Boilermaker Supervisor, ideally in the marine sector
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with aluminium fabrication and welding
• Proficient in MIG, FCAW, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
