Engineering Trades Australia is continuing to grow! Alongside our established Mining, Civil, and Construction desks, we’re now launching an exciting new Office Support division.

Perth CBD | Full-time | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

We’re looking for a driven Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of this new desk, specialising in placing office support staff across a variety of industries. If you’ve got recruitment experience (ideally in office support or white-collar roles) and a passion for business development, this is your chance to build something from the ground up with the backing of a strong national brand.


What You’ll Do

• Drive business development to establish and grow ETA’s Office Support client base.
• Recruit across office-based roles (administrators, receptionists, payroll officers, customer service staff, and more).
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance, and placement.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with ETA leadership to shape and grow this new division.
