Our civil division is hiring dedicated and skilled All-Rounder Operators and final trim operators to join our team for a long-term opportunity in Various FIFO Project opportunities. All projects can offer longevity and the opportunity to gain full time work!
  
To be considered, you will have:

• Minimum 5 years experience in civil or mining earthworks, with proven experience in final trim grading to tight tolerances.
• Demonstrated experience working with flood bunds, levees, or similar earth structures.
• Strong understanding of moisture conditioning, compaction techniques, and how trimming affects water flow and structural integrity.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, design levels, and survey data.
• Strong safety culture with proven record in high-compliance environments like BHP or other tier-1 mining/civil contractors.
• Ability to assist Excavation cleanups

• Grader Operators – Final trim
