Structural Supervisor (Concrete / Earthworks) – FIFO Barrow Island

$90 per hour + super | 2:1 roster | Long-term opportunity

Engineering Trades Australia is seeking an experienced Structural Supervisor with a strong background in concrete and earthworks for a long-term FIFO project on Barrow Island.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major project with an established contractor, working on a steady 2/1 roster. The role offers stability, excellent rates, and the chance to be part of one of WA’s most high-profile sites.

• FIFO: From Perth only
• Roster: 2 weeks on / 1 week off
• Rate: $90 per hour + super (weekly pay)
• Start: ASAP

About the role

As the Structural Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing civil and structural works with a key focus on concrete and earthworks. You will lead crews on site, ensuring work is delivered to schedule, safely, and in line with quality standards.

Duties include:

• Supervising and leading site crews in concrete and earthworks activities
• Conducting pre-start meetings, JHAs and SWMS
• Monitoring safety and quality compliance
• Coordinating resources, subcontractors, and schedules
• Reporting progress to project management

Requirements To be successful, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience as a Structural / Civil Supervisor (concrete & earthworks)
• Strong background in excavation, backfill, and compaction
• Previous supervisory experience on major projects
• Schedule 26 / Frontline Management ticket
• White Card
• C-Class Australian Driver’s Licence
• Ability to pass a full medical, including drug & alcohol testing
