Engineering Trades Australia (ETA) is partnering with a leading WA-based drainage contractor to find experienced Pipelaying Supervisors for multiple long-term infrastructure projects across Western Australia.

This is a great opportunity to secure consistent work with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.

About the Role As a Pipelaying Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee site teams to ensure underground utilities and earthworks are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and on-site teams.
• Manage safety, quality control, and compliance documentation.
• Interpret technical plans and drawings.

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a pipelaying supervisory role.
• Proven background in earthworks and utility installation.
• PVC Pipelaying Ticket.
• Water Corp Induction.
• Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card).
• Strong HSE knowledge and commitment to safety.
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and drawings.
• Valid manual WA Driver’s License.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
