Site Superintendent – Commercial Construction (Perth Metro)

About the opportunity

ETA is partnering with a well-established commercial builder with a strong Perth pipeline (industrial warehouses, education, health, retail, office fit-outs and refurbishments). We’re seeking a Site Superintendent to lead end-to-end site delivery on metro projects, coordinating subcontractors, program, HSEQ and quality to achieve safe, on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site operations: short-term programming, site logistics, SWMS/permit control and daily pre-starts.
• Drive HSEQ excellence and QA/ITP compliance; manage inspections, NCRs and handover/defects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials and equipment; maintain look-ahead schedules and progress reports.
• Interface with the PM/CA, client, consultants and building surveyor; support procurement and cost control.
• Build a high-performing site culture focused on safety, productivity and quality.

About you

• 5+ years’ experience as Site Supervisor/Site Manager/Superintendent delivering commercial builds.
• Strong background across tilt-panel/structural steel, services coordination and internal fit-out.
• Confident reading drawings, sequencing trades, and maintaining program (MS Project/Primavera/Procore/Aconex).
• Trade qualification or construction management background; White Card and valid driver’s licence.
• Clear communicator with proven leadership and stakeholder skills.
