One of ETA’s clients is currently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters for an upcoming shutdown at a major oil & gas facility in South Australia. You’ll be involved in critical mechanical scopes including blinding, valve changeouts, and vessel maintenance across process infrastructure.

This project runs for approximately 4 weeks and offers excellent rates, FIFO from Brisbane, and a completion bonus for those who work the full roster.

• +15% loading for night shifts

Project Details

• Location: SA (FIFO from BNE)
• Start: Late September
• Finish: Late October
• Roster: 13:1 (accounting for 1 fatigue day)
• Work Scope Includes:
• Battery limit blinding
• Vessel and exchanger blinding
• Valve changeouts
• General mechanical shutdown work

  
What is needed to be considered?

• Australian Trade Certificate – Mechanical Fitter
• Minimum 3 years’ shutdown/maintenance experience
• Experience with pumps, valves, vessels, and piping systems
• White Card
• Gas Test Atmosphere
• Confined Space, Working at Heights, Face Fit
• Current Police Clearance
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screen
• Full Australian working rights
• Immediate availability
