Project Manager – Civil Construction (Mining Sector)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of works. This role will suit someone who brings strong technical knowledge of civil construction methodologies, a focus on quality, and proven leadership ability. Candidates living south of the river will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the operational delivery of civil projects, ensuring compliance with client expectations, integrated management systems, and legislative requirements.
• Track and report on project financial performance, including monthly claims and variations.
• Lead and motivate both internal teams and subcontractors to deliver on scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality.
• Oversee resource allocation across plant, equipment, and personnel to achieve efficient project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, while identifying opportunities for ongoing work and future business.

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in civil construction project delivery.
• Qualifications in Civil Engineering or Project Management will be highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of contractual obligations, cost control, and project reporting.
• Proven experience managing construction and quality control requirements within a mining environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, with the ability to motivate teams and uphold company values.
