Engineering Trades Australia are seeking an Underground Fixed Plant Fitter for a 8:6 roster at a Top Tier Gold Mine! This is a long-term opportunity (3 months with extension) with an immediate start available and the chance to get full time with a top tier gold producing company!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working on underground fixed plant infrastructure, including Challenge Mono pumps.
• Assisting with maintenance and inspections of ventilation systems and refuge chambers.
• Performing planned maintenance and general site duties (dayshift only).
• Supporting safe and efficient operations as part of a small team.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Australian Trade Certificate – Fitting.
• Experience in gold mining fixed plant maintenance.
• Basic Rigging or Dogging qualification.
• Working at Heights & Confined Space (within 2 years).
• Australian Driver’s Licence.
• National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months).
• Experience working underground on pumps and ventilation systems.

• Pay rate: Up to $80 an hour!
