We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to assist Project Managers in the safe, coordinated, and successful delivery of major construction projects. This role is critical to ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and project excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the preparation of key project delivery documents and plans
• Compile accurate scopes of work for subcontractor agreements
• Review and approve subcontractor documentation to ensure it aligns with project plans and specifications
• Ensure all subcontract and supplier agreements meet contractual and legal requirements
• Manage project changes and administer control processes in line with contractual obligations and timeframes
• Maintain accurate project data using systems such as Jobpac or similar project administration tools

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience as a Contracts Administrator on large-scale commercial or residential new builds
• Solid understanding of commercial and legal aspects of head contracts
• Knowledge of major building trades and procurement best practices
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience with tendering and trade procurement
• Sound financial understanding and experience with construction cost management
