Our client is a leading contractor in the civils sector they are now seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to join the Subdivision team working in the Yanchep area. The client is offering an attractive salary package for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:
  

• Lead and supervise / coordinate site personnel, plant, materials and subcontractors daily
• Attend site meetings and send weekly progress reports to Management  
• Assist with materials procurement and quality documentation
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers in line with site programs
• Maintain site records and responsible for onsite OH&S documentation including toolbox meetings
• Manage projects and ensure programs, productions and budgets are met

  
Requirements:
  

• Strong planning and organisational skills is essential, including recording site progress
• Experience in Subdivisional works and both Bulk Earthworks and Undergrounds
• Ability to read and understand drawings and construction programs
• Solid safety focus and experience
• Ability to work flexible hours and willing to operate plant and equipment if required
• Strong communication skills with site personnel and subcontractors
• Valid driver’s license
• Having Current Senior First Aid is desirable
