TRADE ASSISTANT – STEEL INDUSTRY | FORKLIFT TICKET REQUIRED
�� Location: Hope Valley , WA
�� Competitive hourly rate + potential for long-term work
�� Monday to Friday | Day shifts
We’re currently seeking a reliable and hard-working Trade Assistant to join a busy steel fabrication and distribution team. If you’ve got a Forklift Ticket and aren’t afraid of hard work, this could be a great opportunity to get into the steel industry!

�� About the Role:

• Heavy lifting of steel products and materials
• Operating forklifts to move stock around the yard/workshop
• Basic use of hand tools: angle grinders, hand torches (oxy), tack welding
• Exposure to and/or assisting with overhead crane operation
• General yard and warehouse duties

✅ What You Need:

• Forklift License – essential
• Previous warehouse or yard experience
• Comfortable with physically demanding work and heavy lifting
• Experience with basic hand tools and workshop equipment
• Exposure to overhead cranes – advantageous
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
